Circuit I (HIIT)
Train like a TRUE WARRIOR!!!
This Beginner’s class will introduce you to the foundations of Steelmace/Steelclub Training. Further, by combining light maces, battle ropes, battle shields and more, this unique & unconventional class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.
Circuit II, aka “THE ROAD TO VALHALLA”. If you have managed to complete Level 1, then you may have the honor of becoming a True Viking warrior!
Here we introduce you to the full Viking arsenal. The class is split into 8 or more stations. Each with a variety of maces, clubs, and more!
Prepare to feel Odin’s Wrath!
Circuit II (HIIT)
Cardio Circuit
During this class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, light mace work, and stretch breaks!
Prepare to sweat your butt off!
Strength Training/ Power Swinging
This advanced class will push your focus to the limit. We will expose you to unconventional ways to build strength & mobility through extreme Steelmace/Steelclub techniques, routines & more.
We recommend this class for those who have completed at least two Circuit Classes within the last month.
Personal Training
These are one on one progressive learning sessions focused on the Steelmace/Steelcub. We start with the basics, and build up! The more sessions you invest in, the more you realize your potential!
Companion Training
These are one on one progressive learning sessions where you train like a true warrior. We start with a full Steelmace/club HIIT session, followed by a bit of Cardio, and finish off with deep stretching to get the blood flowing back to your muscles. Expect at least 1.5 to 2 hrs of complete carnage!
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to push themselves beyond their limits!
